In KCommander, there is a feature called "Path Assignments". Perhaps you already know this feature from the Windows Commander. With it you can assign a letter of the alphabet to a pathname.
When you press shift and the F1 or F2-key you can choose one of these letters by typing them on your keyboard. Then Kcommander changes the actual directory to the path assigned to the key you pressed.
